SAPARi Launcher is an executable with the purpose of entering a world in SAPARi/Community Place easily.
You can change your nickname and the server you want to join without worrying about using the notepad or the registry editor.

Once SAPARiLauncher.exe is open, you will see a window like this.
Where it says [User] goes your nickname. If you know a "bureau" server and its respective port that you want to join, enter in the box where it says [example.com:9999]. Not always that text box can be editable because it depends on the world you choose if it not includes the multiuser feature.

From this following combobox, you can choose the pre-installed worlds of SAPARi [Park, Honjo Jidai Mura v1.1, SAPARi COAST, SAPARi GARDEN, SAPARi HILLS, SAPARi SPA], and even custom worlds that are installed in a specific folder.
If you want to choose a world that is not in the combobox, click on
 .
And there is also the "Play offline" checkbox, to join an online or offline world.
When it's done, click on [OK].

You seem to be interested in this.
Well, in the folder "[Community Place Browser Folder]/world" is where the worlds are located. As an example, this folder is called "shitakai",
and inside of that folder, there is the file "entry.wrl", which is a VRML file that serves to identify a customized world for the Launcher and also the Community Place Browser.
Inside of this file it will contain a texture linked in some 3d object, this can be used for the Launcher to add a custom icon.
And also, this file as it is called "entry", it is an entry to the world to be joined, in this case "shitakai.wrl". That world already has a preset title that you can modify in notepad or some VRML editor.
Then as well as the figure below, the worlds combobox will add to that world, which will look like this:

If you want to customize with the icon, there must be a icon.ico file located in the same folder where the world is located (it doesn't work if it is not inside of the "[Community Place Browser Folder]/world" folder).
Now your customized world will look like this, beautiful..,.
